In his most recent B2B leadership role, Frank lead his sales team to secure one on the largest accounts wins in the company history - $6 million of modular flooring for retail giant Macy's.
Frank's expertise in sales and leadership development has been honed leading Teams for 3 Enterprise companies: Mohawk Group, Shaw Industries, & Mannington Mills, a 4th generation family-owned flooring manufacturer in the United States.
Frank is passionate about working closely with CEOs & business leaders to develop the strategies, processes, mindset & skills we teach to effectively apply those in practical applications.
Without question, he is most proud of his wife of 15+ years and their 3 school-aged children. Together they are active as a family with their parish, school activities, and volunteering with the YMCA and local Food Banks.
When Frank is not busy with his family, he enjoys golf, skiing, bicycling, and planning vacations to both the mountains and the beach.
